How much does Airbnb management cost in Beirut?
20% of rental revenue for stays under 12 months. For a long-term lease of a year or more: one month's rent to place the tenant, then 10% a month. Goods are bought at cost, against receipts in your name, and the estimate visit is free.
Is Airbnb legal in Beirut?
Yes. Lebanon has no national short-term rental registration. We still run every stay under a written management contract, screen every guest, respect the building's rules and keep the property insured and documented.
I live abroad. How do I get paid?
One statement a month and one transfer, in USD. You see every booking and every cost, and you never need to fly in. Most of our Lebanon owners live outside Lebanon.

Yes. The apartment is set up once and moves between nightly, monthly and long-term rental when the numbers say so. Monthly guests include NGO staff, journalists and families returning home.
