General Terms & Conditions Booker & Guests: Both the booker and the guests (when different) are responsible for the policies and rules Booking Policy: To secure your stay, the full payment must be settled with the requested security deposit Required Documents:Guests’ Identity Cards are required by law to be presented to the guest experience agents Security Deposit: We reserve the right to retain the security deposit that you have paid (partially or wholly), depending on the damage caused (this is not applied on bookings through Airbnb) Energy is scarce, make sure to close the water taps and turn electric appliances off when you leave your stay. Good Neighbor: You agree to conduct yourselves throughout your stay in a manner that is respectful of and not disruptive to neighbors and the community. Responsible Renter: Treat the property as if it is your own residence and leave it in the same condition it was in when you arrived. Keys: Please do not leave the key in the door lock under any circumstance Issues at the property: You agree to contact Cheez Hospitality, as soon as you notice any maintenance or housekeeping problem, or any potentially hazardous condition, at the Property Noise restrictions and quiet hours: Limit excessive or disruptive noise,to ensure the peace and tranquility of a community, quiet hour after midnight. Check In Time: 3:00 pm | Check Out Time: 12:00 pm: Late check outs and early check ins can only be requested on the same day and subject to availability.
