Is the valuation really free, with no obligation?
Yes. You receive two numbers by email: what the apartment would net in a year run properly, and what it would sell for today. What you do next is your decision. Most owners who ask are deciding between selling and renting.
How do you value an apartment?
Rental income from comparable homes we run, less realistic costs, gives the net. Recent sales in the same streets, adjusted for condition and floor, give the price. We show the working, not a single figure.
Do I have to furnish or renovate before selling?
No. We show you both routes with numbers: sell as it is, or set it up and sell it earning. The second usually brings a higher price and a faster sale, but it is your call.
Can you sell an apartment that is rented?
Yes. A rented apartment with a clean record is what our buyers want. If the tenant is ours, the buyer keeps the income from the day of transfer.
I own a whole building. Does this work?
Yes. Buildings and multi-unit properties in Athens are our main interest. They can be sold whole as an operated aparthotel or unit by unit. Send the address and we come back with a separate brief.
I live abroad. How does it work?
By email, video and your lawyer. We visit, measure and photograph. Viewings are in person or by live video. Your lawyer and the notary handle the contract; we handle everything around it.
