Questions owners ask

Is short-term rental regulated in Lebanon?

Lebanon has no national short-term rental registration. Cheez still runs every stay under a written management contract, screens every guest, and keeps the property insured and documented.

I live abroad. How do I get paid?

One statement a month and one transfer, in USD. You never need to fly in.

Do you manage villas outside Beirut?

Yes. Batroun, Jbeil, Faraya and the mountains.

What does the 20% cover?

Pricing, listings, guest communication, check-in, maintenance coordination, compliance and the monthly statement. Housekeeping and administration are separate, listed above.

Can I change from short-term to long-term later?

Yes. The property is set up once and can move between short, mid and long-term rental as the numbers change.
