Idle buildings, frozen licences, and demand that keeps growing.

Central Athens has frozen new short-term registrations. Operated, licensed stock is scarce.

Cheez sets up and runs more than 50 properties in Athens and Beirut, since 2020.

Investing in Athens property with Cheez: questions
What does Cheez invest in?
Buildings and multi-unit properties in Athens, set up and operated as aparthotels, boutique hotels or blocks of furnished apartments, rented short, mid and long term.
Who owns the property?
One building, one vehicle. The vehicle owns the property and the investors own the vehicle. Cheez sets the property up and operates it under a written contract. Your lawyer reviews every document before you commit.
Do you guarantee a return?
No. The investor brief shows the numbers, the assumptions and the risks. Nothing is promised that is not in writing.
How do you report?
One statement a month and a quarterly report: occupancy, revenue, costs, the condition of the property and the decisions ahead.
Can the property be sold later?
Yes. It is run with a clean record so it can be sold as a working asset, and the buyer can keep Cheez on as operator.
What are your fees?
Every fee is set out in writing in the investor brief, before any commitment.
