Positive: Struttura nuovissima, comoda e molto vicina alla metro Negative: La zona non è il massimo, appena si esce dall’appartamento ci sono drogati e ubriaconi per strada, soprattutto la sera. Ad ogni modo nessuno ci ha mai dato problemi e la metro è a due minuti.

Muy bien para pasar unos días! Positive: Está perfectamente equipado. Agradecimos mucho, las dos botellas de agua en la nevera, café y algunas cosas para el desayuno ya que llegamos el sábado por la noche. Hay hasta lavadora, que si vas más días y necesitas lavar algo viene perfecto. El piso estaba bastante bien, las almohadas un poco finos pero yo soy especial para dormir, y no me sirve cualquiera 😅 Negative: Había ruido del aire acondicionado de otros pisos pero se puede dormir. La ubicación está cerca de lo más importante pero de noche....no tuvimos nunca problemas, pero había algunas calles sin luz. No es problema del apartamento, pq vimos que en otras calles de Grecia pasaba lo mismo.

We had a really good time here:) Positive: We had a 4-day stay in this lovely apartment, very comfy and with a modern ac system! Good location, metro line in 5 minutes walk. The staff was very helpful and kind! Ps: the couch is super comfy😊😎 Negative: It could have more kitchen tools, and I missed the shower gel and a new sponge for the dishes but thats all.

O vacanta minunata! Positive: I really liked the location, very spacious, very well organized, equipped with absolutely everything you need for home comfort. Very good distance from the tourist attractions, we did not use public transportation, we walked. Our host was very attentive and prompt to our requests, I recommend it with confidence, we will definitely come back! It exceeded our expectations!

Ateny Positive: Apartament w dobrej lokalizacji, wyposażony jest bardzo dobrze. Dobry kontakt z firmą wynajmującą. Polecam. Negative: Niepodobało mi się że, gąbki do mycia były bardzo zużyte,powinny być wymieniane po każdym gościu.i brak worków na śmieci,jeden worek na tydzień to mało,przy tym że nie wolno papieru toaletowego wyrzucać do toalety.

Propre, très facile d'accès et on s'y sent comme chez soi. Airco/chauffage très facile à régler. Positive: L'appartement est facile d'accès, tout proche du métro Omonia avec une multitude de bus et tram à proximité. A pied du musée archéologique, du jardin national. L'appartement est propre, confortable et agréable et l'environnement calme vu que tout l'immeuble m'a semblé dédié aux locations touristiques. Negative: Pas grand chose. On a eu un souci de connexion internet qui a été réglé en 2 jours (sur 4 jours de voyage mais c'était Noël). Il y a des petites choses qui manquaient, comme des serviettes/des mouchoirs, une passoire, des infos sur le tri des déchets. Et puis le fait qu'on l'ait indiqué à distance que j'avais laissé la fenêtre de la cuisine ouverte pendant longtemps sans que je n'ai rien dit spontanément. Donc capteurs aux fenêtres, caméras illegales, voisin observateur? Le doute a été semé et je préfère ne plus retourner dans cette chaîne de location même si l'appartement était très confortable, propre et très agréable.

Positive: Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καλό είχε τα πάντα, ήταν άνετο, καθαρό, κοντά στο κέντρο της Αθηνας Negative: Το πρόβλημα όμως της τηλεόρασης που δεν ήταν προγραμματισμένη σε ελληνικά και ξένα κανάλια ήταν μεγάλο πρόβλημα, κάναμε όπως ξέρετε επανειλημμένα παράπονο, έστειλε και κάποια κοπέλα, αλλά τίποτα.. Ο ιδιοκτήτης από εκδίκηση που κάναμε συνεχώς παράπονο μας σταμάτησε και το ίντερνετ και έτσι δεν είχαμε ούτε και ίντερνετ καθόλου, μόνο 2 μέρες είχαμε ίντερνετ.. Μετά από αυτά ξεχνάς τις υπόλοιπες ανέσεις και δεν πας ξανά στο ίδιο διαμέρισμα και ούτε το συστήνεις στους φίλους σου...

Positive: El apartamento esta muy bien, nuevo y bien ubicado y bien dotado de electrodomésticos Negative: Siento mucho poner una puntuación baja pero aunque el apartamento esta muy nuevo, no he podido dormir las dos noches por las picaduras de mosquitos, estaba lleno de mosquitos! La cámara de vigilancia dentro del dormitorio me ha inquietado, en la oscuridad vi una luz blanca que se encendió por unos segundos y me he sentido que me estaban vigilando La hora del cheking es muy tarde, me dijeron a las 16 horas, nunca me habían pedido tanta documentación para hacer el cheking.

Very good Positive: Very clean, safe, hot water, all facilities nice. Negative: The only thing I didn’t like is that it does not have a balcony.
